Escrita a principios de 1991, en la casa estudio de Warren en las afueras de Londres, fue terminada para julio de ese mismo año y sufrió muy pocos cambios en la producción de John Jones, siempre tuvo un lugar en el inminente álbum que se iba a llamar, “Four on the floor” que fue finalmente editado en 1993, Warren se las hizo escuchar a un grupo de fans en abril de 1991 y ya tenia forma casi definitiva, entre esas grabaciones figuraban otras canciones que nunca llegaron al álbum como “Firefly” o “Do You Wanna Turn Me On”, la letra es muy sexual, y la idea nació de algunos descartes musicales de Liberty.
Ultimate Mind Fuck, es la abreviatura para UMF, una canción muy estilo Funky-Prince, artista que la banda admiraba y mucho por esa época (en la gira presentación de este álbum la banda en vivo mezclaba Notorious con S.M.F (Sexy Mother Fucker) de Prince)
Solo se la escucho en vivo durante toda la gira de 1993, luego desapareció del set, Simon la presentaba como su favorita y duraba casi 7 minutos.
