“One of those days” es una canción incluida en el álbum Astronaut de 2004, editado por Epic Records, fue producida por la banda junto a Dallas Austin.
En 2001 alquilaron una casa cerca de Saint Tropez en el sur de Francia, estableciendo un preestudio con instrumentos y se lanzaron a componer, fue un período prolífico, durante este tiempo juntos escribieron 30 canciones incluyendo a esta, que fue finalmente grabada en Londres en los estudios Sphere, a principio de Julio de 2004, y fue una de las ultimas en quedar en el disco, nunca fue interpretada vivo.
